1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Fortunica Casino. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and continued use of the Casino after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Legal Participation

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one real-money account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address, and to keep this information up to date.

• Only one account is allowed per person, household, email address, IP address and shared computer environment.
• Duplicate accounts will be closed; winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided and withdrawals cancelled.
• You may not register or play on behalf of another person, or sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone.
• Usernames must not be offensive, defamatory or misleading. The Casino may rename or close accounts that breach this rule.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect players and comply with regulatory obligations, the Casino may request identity verification at any time, and always before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to upload:

• a valid colour photo ID (passport, driver’s licence or national ID card);
• a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) confirming your address;
• where deposits were made by card — clear copies (front and back) of the card used, with sensitive middle digits covered;
• where applicable — proof of ownership of the e-wallet or crypto wallet used, and/or documents evidencing source of funds.

Verification is an ongoing process: expired documents must be replaced, and additional checks may be performed on larger withdrawals. Pending withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed.

5. Deposits

Fortunica Casino accepts deposits in AUD via Visa and Mastercard, leading e-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, AstroPay) and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tether, TRON, TON, BNB and Binance Pay), among other methods shown in the Cashier.

• The minimum deposit is A$20 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts, cards or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party funding is forbidden and may result in winnings being voided.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are, where possible, returned to the same method used to deposit. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed account verification and security review. Processing times depend on the requested amount:

• Withdrawals are paid only to accounts and wallets owned and controlled by the registered player.
• The Casino may split large payouts into instalments and may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits as displayed in the Cashier.
• Crypto payouts are typically the fastest once approved, often arriving within hours.
• A withdrawal request may be reversed while it remains in “pending” status.

7. Anti-Money Laundering

8. Bonus Terms and Conditions

All promotions at Fortunica Casino — including the welcome package of up to A$6,000 + 200 Free Spins, weekly offers and free spins — are governed by the following rules, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself.

8.1. General bonus rules

1. Only players with a registered real-money account are eligible for promotions. Each offer is available once per person, household, email address, IP address and shared device environment.
2. The minimum qualifying deposit is A$20 for the first welcome bonus and A$30 for the second and third welcome bonuses, unless a promotion states otherwise.
3. Cash bonuses carry a wagering requirement of x40 the bonus amount; winnings from free spins carry a wagering requirement of x30, unless stated otherwise.
4. All bonuses must be wagered within 5 days of being credited. Bonus funds and any winnings from them are forfeited once the validity period expires.
5. A promotion is considered completed when the wagering requirement is met or when the account balance falls below A$0.50; any remaining bonus balance is then cleared.
6. The maximum bet while wagering any active bonus is A$10 (or currency equivalent). Bets above this limit during playthrough will result in bonus winnings being voided.
7. Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers or with an existing playable balance, unless the promotion expressly allows it.
8. Promotional offers sent by email or displayed in your account are personal and non-transferable.

8.2. Free spins, no-deposit and free bonuses

1. No-deposit bonuses and free bonus credits carry a maximum cashout of 5× the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.
2. Players who have never made a real-money deposit may claim only one free-money offer. To withdraw winnings from such an offer, a minimum deposit of A$20 and completion of the standard 1× deposit rollover are required.
3. Two or more free bonuses cannot be redeemed consecutively without an intervening real-money deposit; winnings accrued in breach of this rule may be voided.
4. Free spins are credited on the specific games named in the promotion and must be activated within the stated period.

8.3. Game weighting and restricted play

1. Wagers on pokies contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino games, video poker and other non-pokie games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the promotion.

The Fortunica VIP Club features seven statuses — Fighter, Ascender, Blessed, Fortunate, Demigod, Divine and Immortal — across seventy achievement levels. VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per A$10 wagered on real-money play.

• Weekly cashback is available from Ascender status to players who have deposited at least A$1,000 during the qualifying week; the maximum weekly cashback is A$2,000.
• Cashback carries a simple x5 wagering requirement, to be completed within 5 days of being credited.

10. Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the Casino’s server, the server record shall be the official and governing result.

11. Prohibited Activities

12. Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or real-money activity for 12 consecutive months is deemed inactive. Remaining balances on inactive accounts may be voided after reasonable attempts to contact the account holder. To keep your account active, simply log in and play.

13. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Never share your password, allow another person — including any minor — to use your account, or leave your device unattended while logged in. The Casino is not obliged to maintain or recover usernames or passwords lost for reasons unrelated to the Casino’s own error. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

14. Technical Failures and Errors

The Casino assumes no liability for computer, internet or connectivity malfunctions on the player’s side, nor for participation attempted by methods not intended or permitted by the Casino. If a technical failure, palpable error or game malfunction occurs, the Casino reserves the right to void any affected bets or winnings and, where appropriate, refund the original stake.

15. Intellectual Property

Fortunica Casino, its logo, trade name, website design, texts and graphics are the property of the Casino and its licensors. You obtain no rights to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs or other intellectual property by using the Casino or any material contained on the website. Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it and the rights you have over your data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge the practices described in that policy.

17. Responsible Gambling

18. Amendments to These Terms

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.

20. Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a complaint regarding any outcome or any aspect of our service, please contact our support team in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event, describing the issue in detail. Our team will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Casino, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Casino’s operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and game rules, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Fortunica Casino and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
